Foodie Friday – Food Galore
Who wants to see some foods I’ve been making that don’t end up on the blog? I bet you do! ๐
Like this peach and almond grain-free cake.
Or crepes with chocolate, fruits and nuts.
Russian style homemade fried potatoes with mushrooms.
Spiced buttermilk loaves that went to two friends on their birthdays.
Homemade gluten free bagels with cheesy avocado mash for breakfast.
Oven-fried catfish with gluten free Panco coating.
Ukrainian garlic dinner rolls.
Herbed omelets stuffed with sausage, creamy dressing and cucumbers.
Golden cauliflower fritters.
And from white one too.
Or apple-zucchini pancakes plus berries.
When you try to fit two tarts in one.
Or you can’t decide which fruit to have with a homemade egg waffle.
Or when you want just waffle and jam.
Some mornings you make donuts with bacon.
Some other ones, you make buckwheat skillet bread.
Sometimes you make cherry-almond cupcakes for a family brunch.
And, some other times, they ask for a rustic grain free fruit tart.
You can make these gluten free noodles with asparagus and leeks for your workweek lunch.
Or a quinoa bowl with roasted brussels and carrots.
One night, your kid helps you make homemade gnocchi with beef and veggies.
On a different day, he wants baked patties with fennel and peppers.
Simple chicken soup with homemade noodles is always a hit on a cold weather day.
Or go fancy with roasted carrots and chicken soup.
And, when you’ve finally satisfied all around you, you sit down for a perfect slice of grain free orange cake, and add some roasted plum pudding on top.
Soooooooo, on a scale of zero to gazillion, how jealous are you right now that you don’t live with me and don’t get to eat my foods?! ๐
