Saturday Greeting

Hello from NYC. Hope you all have a great long weekend. I probably won’t have time to do a recipe post for some time but thought I’d just stop by to say hi.

I had a traditional Russian breakfast this morning – sweet cheese pancakes with honey and berries. Don’t they look good?! Admit it, you really really want them! I have an old recipe of this breakfast dish called “syrniki” (syr  is cheese in Russian) that needs to be updated so I’ll post it sometime soon.

For now, enjoy some time off,
